Baby skin becomes very moisturised after using soap, does not have any artificial fragrance very good, will try other varieties in soap

When I tetsed, found its falling between 9 to 10.
I tested using Konvio Neer Full pH 1-14 Test indicator Litmus Paper.
pH should fall between 4.5 to 5.75, or to the max 7(pure water neutral pH).
